For our Kladno branch, located in the Poldi II - Dříň industrial area, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of SMD Line Operator.

SMD Line Operator - Operating a pick-and-place machine

Job description (after training):

• Starting and operating all SMT production technological units, especially the PCB loader, screen printer, pick-and-place machine, inspection workstation, reflow soldering equipment, and wave soldering.

• Loading PCBs into trays, handling SMT line trays.

• Loading components into feeders and inserting them into the pick-and-place machine, manual placement, and inspection of populated PCBs.

• Performing in-process and final inspections in accordance with technical documentation and according to production procedures.

Requirements:

• Basic PC skills.

• Attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Good communication and responsibility.

• Willingness to learn.

• Precision and adherence to work procedures.

• Ability to work 3 shifts.

• Immediate availability is an advantage.

• Education in the electronics field, or experience in similar production.

Working hours:
Typically a three-shift operation (5 days a week, rotating weekly between morning/afternoon/night). Depending on the current situation, changes to two or single-shift operations may occur.
