VESLA s.r.o. is a Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, founded in 1994. As a member of the UnitronGroup, we help to industrialize and produce electronic devices for telecommunications but also for other industrial sectors. We are fully equipped and working in the digital age.

Company history

1994 - Start of Deltronic s.r.o. in Slaný, Czech Republic
1997 - Deltronic s.r.o. moved to the new building in Kladno industrial area
1998 - SMD production launched in Deltronic s.r.o.
2000 - Vesla s.r.o. founded in Pardubice for production and R&D.
2001 - Deltronic s.r.o. got the ISO 9001 certification
2007 - Vesla s.r.o. got the certification of quality management system according to ISO9001:2000
2008 - Deltronic s.r.o. and Vesla s.r.o. certified with ISO 9001:2008
2011 - All production activities concentrated in Deltronic s.r.o. (Kladno), and development activities in Vesla s.r.o. (Pardubice)
2014 - New Juki SMD line installed in Deltronic with a capacity of over 30,000 components per hour
2015 - Deltronic s.r.o. (Kladno) and Vesla s.r.o. (Pardubice) merged into one company
2015 - SMD line enforced with an additional pick&place machine to reach a capacity of 50,000 cmp/hr
2016 - Vesla s.r.o. obtained the certification of the environmental management system according to ISO 14001:2015
2019 - Vesla s.r.o. obtained the certification of the health and safety management system according to ISO 45001:2018
2019 - New SMD line established in the production branch in Kladno with a modern pick & place machine JUKI
2019 - New fully automatic robotic station, powered by 3x KUKA robots, launched in production
2020 - The conformal coating special room finalized and fully operational
2022 - Successful implementation of SAP Business One
2022 - Vesla s.r.o. received certification for the ESD Suppression Program according to the IEC 61340 standard
2023 - New machines for SMD lines. Logimat storage system. New eccentric leaf.
2024 - Installation of a 100 kWp solar plant on the roof in Kladno.
