VESLA s.r.o. is a Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, founded in 1994. As a member of the UnitronGroup, we help to industrialize and produce electronic devices for telecommunications but also for other industrial sectors. We are fully equipped and working in the digital age.

1994 – Deltronic s.r.o. founded in Slaný, Czech Republic
1997 – Move to new facility in the Kladno industrial area
1998 – Launch of SMD production
2000 – Vesla s.r.o. founded in Pardubice for production and R&D
2001 – ISO 9001 certification obtained
2007–2008 – Quality management certifications updated to ISO 9001 standards
2011 – Production centralized in Kladno, development in Pardubice
2014–2015 – Expansion of SMD capacity with new Juki lines and equipment
2015 – Deltronic s.r.o. and Vesla s.r.o. merged into one company
2016 – ISO 14001 environmental certification
2019 – ISO 45001 health and safety certification; new SMD line and robotic production station installed
2020 – Conformal coating facility completed
2022 – SAP Business One implemented; IEC 61340 ESD certification obtained
2023 – SMD line upgrades and Logimat storage system installed
2024 – 100 kWp solar power plant installed in Kladno
