Our strength is to offer small and mid-range series at an affordable price and with guaranteed quality: we produce series ranging from a single piece up to high volume production. Based on the ordered quantities a semi-automated or fully-automated test flow is implemented.
For each challenge, we want to be a competent and competitive partner, here follows a summary of our capabilities and approach in some of our departments.

Printed board assembly services

  • Equipped with two modern SMD lines.

  • Main production line (JUKI) includes a screen printer, 5 pick-and-place machines, and a reflow oven.

  • Capable of handling SMD components down to 0201 size.

  • Production range: single pieces to high-volume quantities.

  • Automated Optical Inspection (3D AOI) implemented at SMD line output.

  • Expertise in both reflow and wave soldering processes.

  • Experience with paste and glue designs.

  • Strict ESD policy ensures a 100% antistatic working environment.

Sheet metal processing
Our multifunctional and reliable machine park allows in-house production of tinned sheet metal covers and frames, all necessary equipment
for cutting, punching, bending and welding is present:

Centrifugal pressing machines  (2 x 40 tons, 2 x 10 tons)

Hydraulic pressing machines (60 tons, 2 x 15 tons)

Welding machines (1 double spot, 1 single spot)

Our skilled operators are involved from the start of a customer project and can assist in design for manufacturing, die exchange time reduction and cost-reduction programs.
Our customers always enjoy the luxury of our flexibility and our customer-oriented approach.

Subsystem assembly services for electronic, electrical, mechanical, and cabling components.

  • Operators trained for high-quality assembly using wave, selective, or manual soldering.

  • Focus on offering competitive solutions.

  • Real-time employee performance monitoring.

  • Continuous improvement through problem registration and direct visual feedback via Pareto and control charts.

Test and measurement

  • Customer testing requirements analyzed during project transfer phase.

  • Optimal test methodology selected: manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic.

  • Focus on best quality at lowest cost by selecting the correct level of automation.

  • Automation minimizes operator mistakes and reduces test times.

  • RF-related and other test setups (e.g., High-Voltage test stand) available.

  • Test engineers experienced with RF products, network/spectrum analyzers, and integrated test benches.

  • Automated test results stored in a relational database and exportable in formats like HTML or XML.
