Our strength lies in delivering small and medium production series with consistent quality and competitive cost efficiency. Production ranges from single prototypes to high-volume manufacturing, with test processes adapted to the required volumes through semi-automated or fully automated test flows.

For every project, our goal is to act as a competent and reliable manufacturing partner. Below is an overview of our capabilities and approach across key departments.

Printed board assembly services

  • 2 modern SMD lines.

  • Main production line (JUKI) with screen printer, 5 pick-and-place machines, and a reflow oven.

  • SMD components handling:  down to 0201 size.

  • Automated Optical Inspection (3D AOI) implemented at SMD line output.

  • Expertise in both reflow and wave soldering processes.

  • Experience with paste and glue designs.

  • Strict ESD policy ensures a 100% antistatic working environment.

Sheet Metal Processing

Our multifunctional machine park enables in-house production of tinned sheet metal covers and frames, with all equipment for cutting, punching, bending and welding available on site. This ensures full control over quality, lead times and production flexibility.

Available equipment includes:

  • Centrifugal pressing machines (2 × 40 tons, 2 × 10 tons)

  • Hydraulic pressing machines (60 tons, 2 × 15 tons)

  • Welding machines (double spot and single spot)

Our operators are involved from the early project stages, supporting design for manufacturing, reducing changeover times and contributing to cost-efficient production.

Subsystem Assembly

Vesla provides subsystem assembly for electronic, electrical, mechanical and cabling components. Operators are trained to ensure consistent quality using wave, selective or manual soldering, depending on product and volume requirements.

Assembly performance and process efficiency are continuously monitored, supporting competitive, high-quality production and ongoing process improvement.

Test and Measurement

Customer testing requirements are defined during the project transfer phase to ensure an efficient and reliable test strategy. Depending on product complexity and production volume, manual, semi-automatic or fully automated test methods are implemented.

Automation reduces operator dependency, minimizes errors and shortens test cycles while maintaining optimal cost efficiency. Dedicated RF and high-voltage test setups are available, supported by experienced test engineers and integrated test environments. Test results are stored in a relational database and can be exported in standard formats such as HTML or XML.
